This is my first year off of meal plan, so the past 2 weeks I have learned several things about preparing healthy foods and cooking at home. I have learned that it takes a lot of time, preparation, thought, and money. However, I am quickly learning to love to cook and experiment with foods in the kitchen!
This past week I tried a new recipe that I fell in love with. I made an easy chicken and avocado salad with lime and cilantro. I halfed the recipe and it made enough for 3 days worth of lunches.
